The weather does look like showers, but we think we are in the protected part of a larger storm. Last night we had a great sunny evening in the park even though it rained in Pakenham and in Carleton Place. So come on out, bring your lawnchair and your umbrella just in case. It’s going to be a fabulous day!
Workshops: starting shortly and will be well attended!
Parade: will proceed, but may start 10 minutes early (at 11:20) if everyone is in place
Almonte Celtfest Cavanagh Trad Stage: has been moved to Almonte Community Centre and will start at 12:30 as planned
Main Stage: will start as planned with 12:00 Opening Ceremonies. In case of lightening, we may move into the Almonte Community Centre on the grounds (the weather looks clear from 12 – 4)
Vendors: will have the choice to be outdoors or indoors
Beer Gardens: will be serving up ice cold Beaus, Perth Brewery and Calabogie brews:)
Little Celtz: is under a tent, but may move indoors if necessary
Seniors Area: is under a tent
Celtic Sports: will continue rain or shine with possible delay for thunder
